Happy Saturday...I think

My dog passed away this morning. We knew it was coming because her brother passed away about two months ago and we weren't sure how long she was going to last. So, I have a heavy heart today.

The boys did their first "Official" day of hockey practice. And did well. Need to get them longer hockey sticks. So that may make a difference.

And I finished up some stuff for my "secret" easter bunny over on Magnolicious. Let me show you what I made. And I had a lot of fun making it.


Here is a close up on the Magnolia. I had a really good time paper piecing her outfit and cutting her out and making the scenery.




I did have a good mail day today. I got my Magnolia spring stamp club kit in the mail today. And let me tell you how stinking cute they are. I did cut and inked them up just to see what they all looked like. So, hope that you are having a good day.

So, my mom and bil just had surgery. So, I thought that I would send them some company to cheer them. Take a peek!

Warm wednesday

Greetings from a warmer Pittsburgh. I have gotten some stuff accomplished today. And I have finally downloaded pictures to show that I have gotten projects done. Yippee!



I did a penguin for a birthday swap and I think he came out pretty cute. And then a friend at work wanted a snorlax for her daughter. This was done from my head. As my son says, "Not bad for not having a pattern."



I also made some valentine's day pins for the kids teachers. Unfortunately, the pin itself does not seem to want to stay on the pin. Yuck! So, need to reglue and try again.



And I have found needle felting. The chick with the rabbit ears is my first attempt. I thought that he came out pretty cute. Same son doesn't like him with the ears. OH well! And I just finished the rose pin for a coworker who is leaving us. So enjoy the creativity!

Happy Tuesday

I can't believe how fast the month is flying by. Wow! We had football on Sun and the boys both received medals. Yeah! Jon's team lost by a touchdown and Andy's team won by a lot.

I have been busy crafting. Unfortunately, my problem is that I take pictures and just don't get around to downloading the pictures. Shame on ME!

I just got the new Whiff of Joy Spring stamp kit. They are tooo stinking cute! I stamped them all to see them and now just need to make cards and other things.
