It's beginning to look like Christmas

I can't believe that christmas is only 2 days away. I finished up shopping this am. LOL And I am now in the process of baking...cookies, fudge, peppermint bark, brownies. So, the house has wonderful smells going on. I have also fought with the cats as I'm wrapping christmas gifts. They think all of the extra wrapping paper is theirs...hmmm...sorry to disappoint them. I hope that everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. Hopefully in the next week and a half I will be able to get some crafting and scrapping done.

Wow...where does the time go? Been busy. I've been knitting. I made a pair of socks and a couple of hats. And yes I actually made a hat for me to keep. I had time to play today and entered into some of the bellaversary challenges. Em is 2 this weekend. Lots of fun stamps and lots of goodies on her site. Stampingbella.com

Where does the time go?

I can't believe that it has been a month since the last post. I do have to admit that I was sick for about 10 days...fever, sore throat. So, that would be part of it. I have been busy with flag football...which is every weekend. Practice on Sat and games on Sun. I have learned to take stuff with me to work on at the practices. I have finished the halloween item which has been sent and received. I have also worked on a snowman and a penquin for a swap. And I have finished my first pair of knitted socks. Wahoo! I will get pictures posted later of all of my finished projects.

More crochet projects

I found a really cute pattern for chihuahuas and the boys wanted one each. So, I have stitched up a couple for them. I think they came out really cute.



So, right now I am finishing up a Halloween project. Once it is done I will get it posted. Hope that everyone has a wonderful day.

New hobby

I haven't crocheted in awhile but I fell in love with amigurumi animals. So, I thought that I would get out my crochet needle and try. So, here is my first attempt at a critter. Let me know what you think.
